It's by no means perfect but Tweetie and Twitter for mac where the only ways using Twitter on the desktop ever felt right for me, apart from some tiny bugs this has everything I want and has solid notifcations which I've been missing for more than two years now. If you click and hold down on the "Home" / "Timeline" icon (the one shaped like a birdhouse) it gives you a little pop-out window to switch between and add accounts, neat! UPDATE: ACTUALLY HAS SUPPORT FOR MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS!
